About

Meet the face behind the posts:

Hello! My name is Zoe. I am a teenager from Canada and the founder of the ZoeJena Blog. I am excited to not only share my life story, but also, inspiration and positivity to brighten your day. Early May 2019 I was in a life threatening accident that will forever change my life. I was given an emergency procedure called a tracheostomy, which saved my life and I have continued to live with one for the past 20+ months. This event has had a large impact on my life and those close to me, but has taught me a lot about the importance of family, friends, and being grateful for the little things in life that bring us happiness. 🙂

Zoe, you have given me proof that positivity changes life. I am an optimist and happy to wake up everyday and go to work. But your challenges have given me even more strength. I miss my family ( due to Covid) and look forward to seeing Collin, Kaley Jen and Ed very soon as I received my vaccine last week. You are an inspiration to me and hope to see you in the future. We ( Kaley, Jen, your Mother and me) will get our nails done then lunch! Even if it is in a backyard! Stay safe, remain positive and keep on smiling!
